One-offs & small batches | London, ON

Custom Metal Fabrication & Welded Assemblies

Frames, brackets, carts, stands, equipment supports and welded assemblies—from one-offs to small production runs.

Bring us your manufacturing drawings, a sketch or an existing component. We can provide design support when needed, handle welding, fitting and assembly in-house, and coordinate specialized cutting, forming, machining and finishing through manufacturing partners.

When drawings are incomplete, we can help clarify dimensions, fit and fabrication details before production. For fully specified parts, we focus on accurate execution and flag practical manufacturing issues when identified. Design work, when it is needed, is quoted separately.

Fabrication capabilities

Manufacturing Capabilities at a Glance

From customer-supplied drawings to fabricated and assembled components, we combine in-house capabilities with specialized manufacturing processes through our partners.

In Our Workshop
Steel and aluminum MIG welding, fitting, drilling, tapping, mechanical assembly and fit-up checks.
Coordinated Through Partners
Laser cutting, sheet-metal forming, machining, powder coating and additional finishing processes.
Materials
Mild steel and aluminum for suitable in-house fabrication. Stainless steel and other material requirements can be reviewed for manufacturing through appropriate partners.
Project Quantities
One-off components, prototypes, custom assemblies and small production batches.
Drawings & Project Information
3D CAD models: SLDPRT and STEP. 2D drawings and geometry: DXF, DWG and PDF. Sketches, photographs, existing components and customer-supplied dimensions are also useful starting points.
Lead Times
